  Please give us a minimum of a 4-week notice so that we can have time to create the announcement. Or if you would like to record the announcement yourself, please call the radio station at the below phone number to schedule a day and time. The radio station is open from 9 AM until 4 PM most days.
  
  Our policy is that we will air your upcoming event 2x per day for 2 weeks at 8:57 AM and 4:57 PM Mondays through Fridays and sometimes over Saturday and Sunday if possible.
